A rare and wonderful pendant made out of a piece of wormwood stem from my own herb garden - wormwood becomes very woody and thick!
it hangs on a generous length of waxed cotton cord along with a vintage wood bead and measures 7cm in length. It’s sanded on one face to expose the gorgeous patterns in the wood.
Wormwood, perhaps most famous for absinthe is named for and sacred to the Goddess Artemis.
