The focus of the necklace is a copper electroplated hawthorn leaf pendant from a fallen leaf from one of the hawthorn hedges in Somerset, it’s deliberately rough finished and has a lovely patina on it.
The necklace is hand-knotted with vintage bone, glass, stone and wood beads carefully selected to honour the tree’s spirit.
This is intended as a a ritual piece to evoke the hawthorn tree spirit.
It measures 68cm long, the pendant measures 4cm long - long enough to slip over most heads.
