Tintagel Slate Pendant from Cornwall

GBP 15.00

A beautiful piece of sea-tumbled grey slate I found in near to Tintagel, Cornwall collected with the landowners permission and drilled (by me!) and hung on a generous length of waxed cotton cord, along with vintage glass beads.

It's about 4.5cm in length.

If worn against your skin, slate is a stone that will pick up the oils from your skin and, in time, darken in colour with the oils.

Slate is a soft stone, it may break if you drop it on a hard surface (like another stone).
