Handcarved Beech Wood Crescent Moon Pendant
A gorgeous hand-carved crescent moon made from a piece of storm-felled beech wood branch I found in Cornwall.
It’s hung on a generous length of waxed cotton cord (with loose ends) with a vintage wooden bead.
The pendant measures 4cm in diameter and is finished with home made beeswax polish. It’s a gorgeous tactile piece.
You will receive the pendant pictured.
Beech wood is associated with knowledge and is sometimes named as one of the trees associated with the ogham forfedha.
While I don’t make many of these, I can sometimes be persuaded to make one, so if you want one made from a different wood, let me know!
