Ancient Irish Bog Oak Pendant: For Ancestral Work, Strength & Courage

The pendant is made of Irish Bog Oak - Oak that has been buried in bogs in Ireland for 1000's of years until it has been recently excavated.

The bog oak is about 3cm in length, hung on a generous length of black waxed cotton cord hung with an English oak bead.

It has been carefully cut and sanded leaving the front surface of the pendant unfinished to show off its lovely grain, and finally polished with several coats of beeswax polish to bring out the beautiful grain of the wood, Further coats of polish when it arrives with you will help to deepen the colours of the wood - as will wearing it against your skin.
