Cornish Holly Wood Wand
A gorgeous wand made from storm-felled holly wood found in Cornwall last winter.
the wood was sanded smooth and I’ve pyrographed and painted a design of holly leaves, berries and spirals along its length.

Holly is one of the trees often associated with the Celtic Ogham Tree Alphabet where it is connected with protection from challenges. It is also associated with Yule and the Winter Solstice, and the Holly King who rules the dark half of the year.
